Studio lighting as architecture.

The story

After architectural training and a period working with Le Corbusier, Horst P. Horst learned photography from George Hoyningen-Huene. He worked for Vogue for many years and developed portraits, fashion images and still lifes. His command of lighting gives clothes and bodies a sculptural organisation. His work also extends to interiors and portraits of public figures.
