Controller and contact

Fabien Pradels, the non-professional publisher of Luisour, is responsible for information collected for the newsletter and editorial submissions. Contact: luisour.photo@gmail.com.

Browsing

Luisour does not include advertising, audience analytics or an automatic Instagram feed. Its fonts and archive images are served with the website. The hosting service may process technical information needed to deliver pages and keep them secure; this is governed by the provider’s terms.

The newsletter

Subscription is optional and based on your consent. Your email address is required to receive the newsletter. The form sends it directly to Brevo: Luisour does not load a Brevo script when you simply view a page. After submission, your browser opens the Brevo service, where its own rules apply.

You will receive an email containing a confirmation link. Only clicking that link confirms subscription to the “Luisour - La lettre” list. An unconfirmed request does not subscribe you to that list. No contacts from another project are transferred to Luisour.

The publisher and Brevo, the email service provider, use your address and consent information to manage the subscription. Your address is retained for the duration of the subscription. Every edition includes an unsubscribe link; after withdrawal, the address is no longer used for mailings. Information needed to honour your objection and demonstrate consent may be retained separately, without editorial or commercial reuse. You may request its deletion within applicable limits.

Submit your Instagram account

The form prepares a submission in your browser. It does not send anything automatically. You then choose whether to send the message through your email application to luisour.photo@gmail.com. Your name, contact address, links and introduction are used to review your proposal and communicate with you. Do not send identity documents or confidential images.

A submission is not published automatically, does not grant permission to reproduce images and does not subscribe you to the newsletter. You may request withdrawal of your submission and deletion of correspondence, subject to information needed to demonstrate an agreement or manage a request.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, withdraw your consent or object to processing by writing to luisour.photo@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL ↗.
